On Monday April 26 from 3:30-4:30 in the meeting room of the Wheeler Memorial Library, a writing group will begin a 6 week series. The goal of the group is for each member to complete a short chapter book. This project, Book 2, is the off-spring of Read a Picture / Write a Picture whose participants wanted to continue creating their own stories. Ten original pictures books were published through the first series. There are a few openings for anyone in 5th grade through high school. Those wishing to join this enthusiastic and supportive group of young writers is encouraged to call Candy Cross or Rusty Shaw at 978-544-2495, ext103. Coming on April 26, without preregistering, is an option until the class is filled.
